Arrive on Time

To ensure the highest level of services, please arrive 20 minutes prior to your service. Arriving late will limit your treatment time. To ensure all guests receive their full treatment, late arrivals will conclude at the scheduled time.

Cancellation Policy/No Shows

1623 requires 48 HOURS NOTICE of cancellations and rescheduling of all appointments. Failure to do so:

*First time- Courtesy pass- we understand that things happen and therefore there will not be a cancellation fee. 

*Second time- There will be $25 cancellation fee that must be paid before you can schedule another appointment. 

*Clients with multiple habitual cancellations and or no shows; will no longer be able to be serviced with 1623. 

Please keep in mind that there are other customers in need of services. Respectfully understand that when you do not give adequate time for cancellations, other clients in need are unable to receive treatment.

Special Requests and Well-Being

Based on availability, we will do our best to accommodate your special requests. Please inform staff of any medical concerns or special needs when making reservations prior to your arrival date. Always indicate any allergies, medications, health concerns, pregnancy or any disabilities with your treatment provider. You will be advised of treatment options and any contraindications.
